利用規約
第1条（適用）
この規約は、Yamavista株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する「満点将軍」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、この規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。
第2条（アカウント）
- アカウントは保護者の方が登録し、管理してください。未成年のお子さまは、保護者の方の同意のもとで利用してください。
- ログインに使うメールアドレスは、ご本人が管理してください。
第3条（料金）
- 学年別の練習・計算バトル・自分に挑戦などは有料プラン（お子さま1人あたり月額980円または年額9,800円、税込）で提供します。体験練習と計算力チェックは無料です。
- 登録すると14日間の無料体験が始まります（1家族1回・クレジットカード登録不要）。お申し込みがないまま体験が終わった場合、料金は発生せず、自動で請求されることはありません。体験中にお申し込みいただいた場合は体験の終了日に（残りが2日未満のときはお申し込み時に）、体験後のお申し込みはお申し込み時に初回のお支払いが行われ、以後は解約するまで1か月または1年ごとに自動で更新されます。
- 料金は登録しているお子さまの人数分です。お子さまを追加するときは、追加前に新しい金額を表示します。
- 解約は保護者ページからいつでもでき、次回更新日以降は請求されません。お支払い済みの料金は、法令で認められる場合を除き返金しません。お支払いは決済サービス Stripe の画面で行います。
第4条（禁止事項）
- 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
- 他人になりすます行為、他人の個人情報を登録する行為
- ニックネームに不適切な言葉や本名などを使う行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正なアクセス
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（サービスの変更・停止）
当社は、事前のお知らせのうえ、または緊急の場合はお知らせなく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。
第6条（免責）
- 本サービスは計算練習のための教材です。成績の向上を保証するものではありません。計算力チェックの結果は計算練習の目安であり、実際の学力は学校の評価を参考にしてください。
- 当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
第7条（知的財産）
本サービスの問題、文章、画像、プログラムなどの権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第8条（退会）
保護者の方は、いつでもアカウントの削除を申し出ることができます。削除の方法はプライバシーポリシーのお問い合わせ窓口をご覧ください。
第9条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載したときから効力を持ちます。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
この規約は日本法にもとづいて解釈します。本サービスに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第1条（适用）
本条款规定由Yamavista株式会社（Yamavista Co., Ltd.）（以下称“本公司”）提供的“满分将军”（以下称“本服务”）的使用条件。用户同意本条款后使用本服务。
第2条（账号）
- 账号请由家长注册并管理。未成年的孩子请在家长同意下使用。
- 用于登录的邮箱请由本人妥善管理。
第3条（费用）
- 按年级的练习、计算对战、挑战自己等通过付费方案提供（每个孩子每月980日元或每年9,800日元，含税）。体验练习和计算力检测免费。
- 注册后开始14天免费体验（每个家庭1次・无需绑定信用卡）。体验结束时如未申请，不产生费用，也不会自动扣款。在体验期间申请的，在体验结束日首次扣款（剩余不足2天时在申请时扣款）；体验后申请的，在申请时扣款。之后每月或每年自动续费，直到取消。
- 费用按登记的孩子人数计算。增加孩子前会先显示新的金额。
- 可随时在家长页面取消，下一个续费日起不再收费。除法律允许的情况外，已付款项不予退款。付款在支付服务 Stripe 的页面完成。
第4条（禁止事项）
- 违反法律或公序良俗的行为
- 冒充他人、登记他人个人信息的行为
- 在昵称中使用不当词语或真实姓名的行为
- 妨碍本服务运营的行为、非法访问
- 其他本公司认为不适当的行为
第5条（服务的变更与停止）
本公司可在事先通知后（紧急情况下可不通知）变更本服务内容或停止提供。
第6条（免责）
- 本服务是计算练习教材，不保证成绩提高。计算力检测的结果只是计算练习的参考，真实水平请以学校的评价为准。
- 除本公司故意或重大过失外，对因使用本服务产生的损失不承担责任。
第7条（知识产权）
本服务中的题目、文字、图片、程序等权利归本公司或合法权利人所有。
第8条（注销）
家长可以随时申请删除账号。方法请见隐私政策中的咨询窗口。
第9条（条款修改）
本公司可根据需要修改本条款，修改后的条款自在本页公布时起生效。
第10条（适用法律与管辖）
本条款依日本法律解释。与本服务相关的纠纷，以东京地方法院为第一审专属协议管辖法院。

Terms of Use
This is a reference translation of the Japanese version. If they differ, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions for using “Manten Shogun” (the “Service”) provided by Yamavista Co., Ltd. (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Article 2 (Accounts)
- A parent registers and manages the account. Children under the age of majority use the Service with a parent’s consent.
- Please keep the email address used for login under your own control.
Article 3 (Fees)
- Practice by grade, battles, Beat Yourself and similar features are offered as a paid plan (¥980 per month or ¥9,800 per year per child, tax included). Trial practice and the Math Level Check are free.
- A 14-day free trial starts when you sign up (once per family, no credit card needed). If the trial ends without a subscription, nothing is charged automatically. If you subscribe during the trial, the first payment is taken on the day it ends (at subscription if less than 2 days are left); after the trial, at subscription. The plan then renews automatically every month or year until cancelled.
- The fee is per registered child. Before you add a child we show the new amount.
- You can cancel at any time from the parent page; nothing is charged from the next renewal date. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law. Payments are made on the pages of the payment service Stripe.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
- Anything illegal or against public order and morals
- Pretending to be someone else or registering another person’s personal information
- Using inappropriate words or a real name as a nickname
- Interfering with the Service or accessing it without authorization
- Anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate
Article 5 (Changes and suspension)
We may change or stop the Service after notice, or without notice in an emergency.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is a calculation practice tool and does not guarantee better grades. Math Level Check results are only a guide; for a child’s real level, please go by the school’s assessment.
- Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
Rights in the problems, text, images and software of the Service belong to us or their rightful owners.
Article 8 (Closing an account)
A parent may ask us to delete the account at any time. See the contact in the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Changes to these terms)
We may change these terms when needed. Changed terms take effect when posted on this page.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
